Hi, I am Jason Passlow
A Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionists , I have seen and heard it all, from fad diets restricting eating, to hard fitness challenges that are generic “one size fits all” approach which often lead to injuries and are unsustainable long term.
At Body Synergy we take a holistic approach to your fitness goals, we assess your biomechanics including body imbalances, injuries, nutrition while creating a non-judgemental environment.
Whatever your health goals are losing weight, gaining weight, to move more freely or simply discover your inner warrior with friends on a group exercise class we have it covered. You will learn the most effective ways to train with new and exciting exercises that will have you moving better and feeling stronger.
Located in Mermaid Waters I service the Gold Coast and all surrounding areas such as Broadbeach Waters, Broadbeach, Robina, Varsity Lakes, Miami, Burleigh Waters and Mermaid Beach.
